"After experiencing two significant under slab leaks in the period of 2 1/2 months on our 41-year old home we decided that it was time to get the house repiped. I went out to three companies for quotes. Two of the companies responded that the job would take 3-4 days to complete, the quoted price did not include permitting or the drywall repair, and the warranty was one year. I then requested a quote from Repipe Specialists after seeing one of their ads on TV and doing some research into the company online. An appointment was scheduled for the following week. On the day of the appointment Dan Schmitt the Sales Manager introduced himself and was accompanied by a new hire named Chris who was a manager-trainee. Dan was very well prepared, brought along a lot of samples and descriptive literature, explained how the job would be done in detail and as we walked around the interior and exterior of the house looking at every faucet, plumbing fixture and water bib explained in detail how the new piping would be run to that location. He quoted me a price during the meeting and said that due to the fact that we had ongoing sub slab leaks (the piece of copper pipe that was replaced looked like a sprinkler hose) he would place a priority on getting the permits pulled and scheduling the job should we decide to move forward on it. The price quoted was considerably less than the other two quotes I received, it included pulling the permits and their cost, it included the drywall repair, the job would be completed in 1-2 days and there was a lifetime warranty on the work. All the plusses were in their column so the contract was signed and the job scheduled for the following Wednesday. On that day Andrew, Jaylen and the crew did an excellent job repiping the house. They arrived promptly at 8am and the entire house was repiped with the water running to all locations by 6pm that day. Andrew was the last to leave and made sure that the cleanup was complete. The company handled the procurement of the necessary permits and the scheduling of the final inspection, which was completed without a hitch. The drywall patching took a couple of days to complete but it was completed properly, the areas were cleaned up and the final result was ready for paint. Everyone I dealt with from Dan the salesman to the plumbing and drywall crews to Chris the customer service rep were all very professional and helpful, they made sure they did the job with the least disruption possible and took care to protect the home furnishings and floors as they worked. I highly recommend Repipe Specialists if your home is in need of that service."

"After quite a year or two of fixing pin holes popping up in the copper piping, there was finally a pin hole somewhere in the foundation where I couldn't get at. I searched around for info and chose Repipe Specialists. There were cheaper quotes but I felt more comfortable with these guys. Appointment was set and the crew was here early. We have a 4/2 house and it was not simple. The guys were respectful of where they were and even our small dog had no problem with them going all over the inside of the house.
